1. General

Welcome to V Cube Software Solutions Private Limited (“VCube”, “we”, “us”). By enrolling in a course, attending a demo or class, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to programs and schedules

To keep training running smoothly, we may sometimes update course content, batch timings, class days, trainers, venue or mode of delivery (classroom or online). We will do our best to tell you in advance by phone, WhatsApp or email. Decisions taken by VCube management on such matters are final.

Your personal belongings

Please take care of your mobile phone, laptop, bags and other valuables, because you are responsible for them. VCube is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to the campus.

2. Enrollment and Fees

  • Your seat is confirmed once the required fee is paid.

  • Fees must be paid as agreed at the time of enrollment.

  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Please read it before you enroll.

3. Classroom and Online Training

  • Please attend classes regularly and on time, and complete the assignments and practice tasks given.

  • For online classes, you need a stable internet connection and a suitable device.

  • Class links, recordings and study materials are for your personal learning only. Please do not share, copy or sell them.

4. Student Conduct

We want a respectful learning space for everyone. Students are expected to:

  • Treat trainers, staff and fellow students politely.

  • Take care of the institute’s equipment and property.

  • Avoid any misuse of lab systems, networks or software.

VCube may ask a student who repeatedly breaks these guidelines to leave the program, and fees are not refundable in such a case.

5. Placement Assistance

We support you with resume building, mock interviews, LinkedIn profile guidance, aptitude practice and interview preparation. Getting selected depends on your skills, effort and interview performance.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

VCube makes every effort to provide quality training. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as power or internet failure, natural events or government orders.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version on our website applies.
