Job Roles & Responsibilities: | Reviews business requirements and acceptance criteria. |
| Able to develop manual and automated test cases. | |
| Works with other team members in execution of automated test cases. | |
| Work as a core member of a small team, alongside the developers. | |
| Ensure the development and maintenance of test strategies, test plans, test cases, and reports. | |
| Build and maintain test automation scripts. | |
| Perform all aspects of verification, including functional testing, regression testing, and bug fix verification. | |
| Able to recommend new testing methodologies based on the need, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing the changes. | |
| Working in a process-oriented organization will be a plus. | |
| Having experience in the healthcare domain will be an added advantage. |
