At VCube Software Solutions, we want your learning journey to start on the right foot. Here is a simple, transparent guide to how refunds work.

1. Course Fee Commitment

A small, non-refundable portion of your total course fee applies to every enrollment. This covers seat reservation, onboarding, and the resources set aside for you.

2. Our Commitment to Your Success

Once you’ve enrolled and started your course, fees are non-refundable if you choose to discontinue or are unable to complete the program for any reason. We encourage you to stay committed, and our trainers and support team will be with you at every step to help you finish strong.

3. If Your Batch Is Cancelled

In the rare event that a batch is cancelled, you will be offered a place in a new batch, so your learning plan stays on track.

4. Before Classes Begin?

Your enrollment fee secures your seat and the resources reserved for you. Once paid, fees are non-refundable, even if you withdraw before classes start. If you have any concerns before enrolling, our support team will be glad to answer them, so you can join with full confidence.

5. Paying in Installments

If you have chosen an installment plan, refund eligibility will follow the terms in your installment payment agreement. Please review it at the time of enrollment.
